Merchandise is personalized and made specifically for each order, so unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless defective or damaged.
Merchandise quality is 100% guaranteed. Defective or damaged merchandise purchased from our store is eligible for refunds or exchanges for 30 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, in the same condition they were received, and in the original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged, please include it with the merchandise in a new package. Please also include your receipt. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Step 1
Use the form below to contact us. We will reply with instructions as to where to send your merchandise. Please let us know if this is a return or an exchange, what the defect or damage is, and if an exchange, please tell us what you would like to exchange it for. Please note: we will probably request photos of the defect or damage when we contact you.
Step 2
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the manufacturer’s approval or rejection of your refund once we receive word from them.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed and either a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or a new item will be created and shipped.
